We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if it is not right for you you can return items within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Goods returned after 14 days will not be refunded. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. Sale items (discounted) cannot be returned. ​

For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.​​

How do I return something?

You can send your return by post, packed in its original packing with a copy of your order confirmation. Email us at blossom@ely.studio to let us know you are returning your item. Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we recommend that you obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only after it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost or damaged in transit will not be treated as returned.

Please note your original delivery charge will not be refunded. Your payment for the goods will be refunded as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us, including a photograph of the item, by emailing blossom@ely.studio and we will refund or replace the item without requiring a return.
